Our two-bedroom cabin #3 stands at the edge of our property with a small line of trees between it and the public access next door. Inside on the left and right wings of the cabin you’ll find two private bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed in each. In the heart of the cabin is the living and kitchen area, as well as a private bathroom. The covered porch invites you to relax and enjoy watching the river and the comings and goings at the public access. You can reach both the boat dock and the public access ramp by a short, easy walk down the drive from this conveniently located cabin. The most recently remodeled of our two-bedroom cabins, cabin #3 is now distinguished by its country blue exterior and aqua blue interior. This 528 square foot cabin is a great choice for four friends, two couples, or a family with older children needing a little more space.
For larger groups, one-bedroom cabins #4 and #5 are just across the driveway and can be used as additional bedrooms.
Pets are not permitted in cabin #3.

Cabin rates are dependent on the number of people in the cabin who are age six and over; children ages five and under do not count toward the occupancy limits or the rates. Each cabin has a maximum occupancy; we cannot allow overcrowding.
A two-night minimum stay is expected at all times. A three-night minimum stay is expected for the Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends as well as Independence Day weekend (when applicable). Requests for one-night reservations will be considered around the scheduling of other reservations but will not typically be accepted during our busier seasons.
To best accommodate the needs of all of our guests, we welcome pets in some but not all of our cabins. Cabins #6, #7, #8, #9, and #10 are pet-friendly. Bringing a pet to one of these permitted cabins costs $20 per pet per night. Pets are not allowed on the cabin furniture or bedding; bring their own bedding and food bowls with you. Keep pets on a leash at all times when they are outside and do not leave them alone in the cabin. Any damage from pets will be charged to your account. Please let us know in advance if you intend to bring a pet.
Pets are not allowed in cabins #2, #3, #4, #5, and #11. Evidence of a pet in one of these no-pet cabins will result in a $100 cleaning fee.
You may smoke outside on the porch of your cabin. Please use the ashtrays and cigarette cans conveniently placed on the porches. In consideration of our other guests, smoking is not permitted inside any of our cabins.
