Assistant Housekeeper (Part-Time)

We’re hiring two part-time Assistant Housekeepers to support daily cleaning and upkeep at our trout fishing lodge.

This is an entry-level role designed for someone who is dependable, willing to learn, and takes pride in doing things well. No prior experience is required – we will train the right person. We take pride in maintaining a clean, well-run environment and are looking for team members who take their work seriously.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cleaning guest rooms between stays
• Help make beds and change linens
• Clean bathrooms, surfaces, and floors
• Support laundry (washing, drying, folding, organizing)
• Restock supplies in rooms and common areas
• Keep shared spaces tidy and presentable
• Work alongside the housekeeping team on turnover days

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and punctual
• Able to follow instructions carefully and complete tasks fully
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-oriented
• Able to stay on task and complete work fully
• Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts

Schedule

• Part-time
• Weekend availability required
• Hours vary based on guest turnover and lodge needs
• Must be dependable and arrive on time for scheduled shifts

Pay & Growth

• Starting pay: $11/hour
• Opportunities for raises as skills develop
• Opportunity for promotion to Housekeeper with increased pay and responsibility
