Steve and Lin Willetts became owners and operators of the White Hole Resort in February of 2000. One of our primary operating principles has been to listen to our guests and observe how well the resort serves the needs and desires of our guests. We have then sought to implement improvements based on what we have heard and observed. We will continue to do that.
